Mid-Career Faculty Summit
Wed, Dec 15, 2021, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
The Provost's Office invites applications for the first Mid-Career Faculty Summit at the University of Richmond.
By participating in the Summit, associate professors will establish a strong foundation to be able to:
- communicate career strengths and areas for growth,
- articulate professional contribution,
- identify needs and sources of support necessary to advance professional (and personal) goals,
- begin to design short and long term goals, with corresponding action steps, and
- contribute in meaningful ways to professional advancement and to diverse stakeholder groups (department, institution, community, family)
Applications are due: November 30.
Please complete all parts of the application. Once you submit your application, you will receive an email with a link to a brief survey that will help us better tailor the Summit to faculty needs. The survey is anonymous and will not be linked to this application form. If you have questions, please contact Linda Boland, Associate Provost for Faculty.
Note: If we reach capacity, we will need to defer some applications. If you are unable to attend the entire event or we reach capacity, we hope you will be able to participate in a future event.
