Join the Faculty Hub for a conversation about balancing flexibility and structure within your courses. We'll think together about how to design our courses and choose teaching approaches that provide students with the flexibility, structure, and accountability that they need to succeed in our classes, and importantly, we'll consider how to do this in a way that keeps our own well-being in mind. Join us for this opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, and gather feedback from colleagues. No pre-reading is necessary to join this conversation, but for those who are interested in resources on this topic, we recommend the following:

This conversation is open to faculty and instructional staff from any disciplinary background and will take place on Wednesday, March 15 from 10-11:00 a.m. in the Faculty Hub (3rd Floor of Boatwright Library).
