Teaching and Scholarship Hub

Faculty members here at UR often serve as mentors to students outside of the classroom, either as employers, co-researchers, internship supervisors, and travel partners. What changes when we leave the classroom? How do we communicate expectations, set boundaries, and establish trust with our mentees? We’ve invited some Professors Carrie Wu and Tara Casey to start this conversation; you’ll also have plenty of time to share your experiences and interact with panelists.
