Join the Faculty Hub for a faculty development series designed specifically for those who are currently developing or revising a course to carry the Power, Equity, Identity, & Culture attribute in the new Web of Inquiry curriculum.
This faculty development workshop series will include four 75 min sessions, including an opportunity to talk with students, and an opportunity to workshop proposals and syllabi with colleagues. Participants who complete all four sessions will receive a $1000 stipend*.
This series will be facilitated by Kylie Korsnack (Faculty Hub). See below for more details about each session.
Fall 2025 Meeting Dates / Topics:
- Thursday, September 4, 9-10:15am – Preparing to Teach PEIC
- Thursday, September 11, 9-10:15am – Designing Assignments for PEIC
- Thursday, September 18, 9-10:15am – PEIC Courses: Student Perspectives
- Thursday, September 25, 9-10:15am – Workshopping PEIC Course Proposals and/or Syllabi
Please register here if you plan to join us. This series will be capped at 16 participants.
*Note: In order to receive the full stipend, participants are expected to attend all sessions. To ensure newly developed courses are taught, participating faculty (with approval from their department chair) should plan to teach the course within the next 2–3 semesters.
