As you prepare for your spring courses, this is a great time to consider having them certified green.

The new Green Classroom Program allows faculty to identify sustainability behaviors they engage in to earn points toward a Green Faculty Certificate for their courses. The application process will only take a few minutes, and if certified, your 2026 syllabi and Blackboard course pages will be awarded a Green Classroom Certificate logo.

To learn more and start your Green Classroom Certificate application, please attend the program information session on January 9, 2026, from 1 to 2 p.m., in the Faculty Hub. The application process will open in February 2026.
