Join Dr. Chavella T. Pittman for this interactive seminar focused on faculty and instructor wellness.
As teacher/scholars, faculty at UR care deeply about their students; but what can you do when teaching takes over everything you do to the detriment of other parts of your life and work? In this seminar, we will examine teaching takeover, what contributes to it, why it matters, and how changes to teaching can improve instructor wellness.
